A Hobby I Recently Picked Up — And Why I Love It
Sometimes, a new hobby comes into our lives unexpectedly and becomes something we genuinely look forward to.
Recently, I’ve been spending more time exploring cooking and trying new recipes. What started as a simple interest has grown into a creative and rewarding hobby. I enjoy experimenting with different ingredients, discovering new flavors, and finding new ways to turn everyday meals into something memorable.
What I love most about cooking is that there is always something new to learn. A new recipe can introduce a different technique, a new ingredient can inspire an entirely different dish, and even a small mistake can become part of the learning process.
Beyond the food itself, cooking gives me an opportunity to slow down, be creative, and share something enjoyable with others. It reminds me that hobbies don’t have to be complicated or expensive—they simply need to bring a little joy into our everyday lives.
What hobby have you picked up recently, and what inspired you to start? I’d love to hear your story in the comments!

What’s the weirdest coincidence you’ve ever experienced?
The Weirdest Coincidence I’ve Ever Experienced
One of the strangest coincidences I’ve ever experienced happened when I was thinking about someone I hadn’t spoken to in years. For no particular reason, that person suddenly came to mind, and I found myself wondering how they were doing.
Later that same day, my phone rang—and it was that very person calling me.
What made it even more surprising was that we had not planned to speak, and there had been no recent communication between us. It felt almost as if, for a brief moment, our thoughts had somehow crossed paths.
Coincidences like that remind me that life can be wonderfully unpredictable. Sometimes, the most ordinary moments can produce experiences that stay with us for years.

What’s a book you never finished but still think about?
One book I never finished but still think about is The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho. I started reading it with curiosity, but somehow never made it to the final page. Even so, its message stayed with me: sometimes the journey toward our dreams teaches us more than the destination itself.
It reminds me that not every unfinished chapter is a failure. Sometimes, a book can leave an impression long before we reach its ending—and perhaps that is why I still think about it today.

Which fictional world would be the most fun to vacation in?
Which Fictional World Would Be the Most Fun to Vacation In?
If I could vacation in any fictional world, I would choose the magical world of Harry Potter. There is something incredibly exciting about stepping into a place where magic is real, ordinary rules do not always apply, and every day could bring a new adventure.
I would love to explore Hogwarts, wander through the castle’s mysterious corridors, enjoy a meal in the Great Hall, and experience the excitement of riding the Hogwarts Express. I would also spend time exploring Hogsmeade, trying magical treats, and discovering the fascinating creatures and hidden places throughout the wizarding world.
What makes this world especially appealing is the sense of wonder. It would be more than just a vacation—it would feel like stepping into a childhood dream and experiencing a world where imagination truly comes to life.

If you could go back and witness any historical event, which one would you pick?
Witnessing a Defining Moment in History
If I could go back and witness any historical event, I would choose the first moon landing in 1969. Watching Neil Armstrong take those historic first steps on the lunar surface would be an extraordinary experience. I would want to witness the courage, determination, and scientific achievement that made such a seemingly impossible dream a reality.
More than simply seeing a spacecraft land on the Moon, I would want to experience the excitement and sense of unity that surrounded the moment. It was a powerful reminder that human beings can accomplish remarkable things when vision, knowledge, and perseverance come together.
Being there in person would allow me to appreciate not only the historic achievement itself, but also the emotions of the people who watched humanity reach beyond Earth for the first time.
