What’s the most underrated life skill?
I think the most underrated life skill is knowing how to truly listen. Not just hearing someone, but being fully present, putting your phone aside, and genuinely trying to understand what they’re saying and feeling.
I’ve come to realize that sometimes people don’t need advice or solutions—they just need to feel heard and understood. Being a good listener can strengthen relationships, prevent misunderstandings, and make people feel valued.
In a world that often feels rushed and distracted, giving someone your full attention is a simple thing, but it can mean a lot.
