Have You Ever Regretted Reading a Book?
Absolutely. There have been times when I picked up a book with high expectations, only to reach the final page and think, “I could have spent those hours reading something else!”
Sometimes the story starts with great potential but becomes slow and predictable. Other times, the characters fail to connect with you, or the ending leaves you feeling completely unsatisfied.
Still, I believe even a disappointing book can teach us something. It reminds us that not every story is meant for everyone—and sometimes, discovering what you don’t enjoy is part of finding the books you truly love.
