Do you believe in minimalism?
Yes, I believe in minimalism—not necessarily as a strict lifestyle, but as a mindset. To me, minimalism is about focusing on what truly adds value and purpose to life while letting go of unnecessary distractions, possessions, and commitments.
In a world that often encourages excess, minimalism offers a sense of clarity and balance. It helps create more space for meaningful experiences, personal growth, and stronger relationships. Minimalism does not mean living with as little as possible; rather, it means being intentional about what we choose to keep, pursue, and prioritize.
By simplifying certain aspects of life, we can often reduce stress, improve focus, and appreciate the things that matter most. For these reasons, I see minimalism as a practical and valuable approach to living with greater purpose and contentment.
