What makes you nervous?
What makes me nervous is the weight of expectations—both my own and those of others—especially in situations where outcomes carry lasting consequences. Moments that demand immediate decisions with limited information can create a sense of pressure, as there is little room for error and no opportunity to revisit the choice once it is made.
I also find that stepping into unfamiliar environments or roles can trigger a degree of nervousness. The uncertainty of not fully knowing what to expect or how I will be perceived naturally brings a level of discomfort. However, I have come to recognize that this kind of nervousness often signals growth. It pushes me to prepare more thoroughly, remain attentive, and adapt quickly.
Ultimately, while nervousness is an inevitable part of both personal and professional life, I view it as a constructive force. It sharpens focus, encourages discipline, and reminds me of the importance of continuous learning and self-improvement.
