My favorite thing to cook is a well-crafted, comforting meal that brings people together—especially dishes that balance flavor, technique, and heart. I particularly enjoy preparing meals that allow simple, high-quality ingredients to shine, such as slow-simmered stews, thoughtfully seasoned roasted dishes, or a perfectly executed sauce. Cooking these meals gives me the opportunity to be both creative and precise, while also honoring the tradition of sharing food as an expression of care. For me, the greatest satisfaction comes from seeing others enjoy a dish that was prepared with intention, patience, and pride.
