Are there any activities or hobbies you’ve outgrown or lost interest in over time?
Over time, I’ve found that certain activities I once enjoyed no longer hold the same appeal. Some hobbies fit a particular season of life, shaped by the time available, the energy I had, or the interests I was exploring then. As responsibilities grew and priorities shifted, those activities gradually fell away—not because they lacked value, but because they no longer aligned with who I was becoming.
Outgrowing an interest has been a natural part of personal growth. Letting go created space for pursuits that better reflect my current goals, values, and pace of life. In that sense, losing interest wasn’t a loss at all, but a quiet signal of change and maturity.
