What are your favorite physical activities or exercises?


My favorite physical activities are those that keep me grounded, energized, and connected to my overall well-being. I particularly enjoy brisk walking, which allows me to clear my mind while staying active. It is a simple routine, yet it offers a refreshing blend of movement and reflection.

I also appreciate light strength training, as it helps me build stability and maintain good posture throughout the day. Additionally, stretching exercises—especially early in the morning—help me stay flexible and set a positive tone for whatever lies ahead.

Together, these activities support both my physical health and mental clarity, making them an essential part of my weekly routine.
