What could you do less of?
One thing I could do less of is spreading myself too thin by taking on too many responsibilities at once. While I value being productive and supportive, I recognize that saying “yes” too often can dilute my focus and increase unnecessary stress. By learning to set clearer boundaries and prioritizing what truly matters, I can create more space for meaningful work, better decision-making, and a healthier sense of balance. Doing less, in this sense, becomes a way to work smarter, protect my well-being, and stay consistently effective in the commitments I choose to pursue.
