What’s the hardest decision you’ve ever had to make? Why?
The hardest decision I’ve ever had to make was choosing between what felt comfortable and what I knew was necessary for my growth. At the time, staying where I was seemed easier—familiar routines, familiar faces, and no risk of failure. But deep down, I knew that remaining in that place would limit my potential. Stepping into the unknown required courage, sacrifice, and a willingness to trust that the discomfort of change would eventually lead to something better.
Looking back, it was a turning point. That decision taught me that meaningful progress often comes from difficult choices, and that sometimes the path that challenges you the most is the one that ultimately shapes you into who you are meant to become.
