If you could meet a historical figure, who would it be and why?
If I could meet any historical figure, I would choose Nelson Mandela. His life represents an extraordinary blend of resilience, humility, and unwavering commitment to justice. Mandela’s ability to endure decades of imprisonment without losing hope, and then emerge with a spirit of reconciliation rather than revenge, continues to inspire leaders and everyday people alike. Meeting him would offer the rare opportunity to learn firsthand how he maintained clarity of purpose in the face of immense hardship, and how he nurtured compassion even when confronted with injustice. His legacy is a powerful reminder that true leadership is grounded in courage, empathy, and a deep belief in the possibility of a better world.
