What part of your routine do you always try to skip if you can?
The part of my routine I always try to skip, if possible, is the early morning rush. While I appreciate starting the day productively, I find that the hurried pace of getting ready, checking messages, and juggling multiple tasks right after waking up often sets an overwhelming tone. When I can, I prefer to slow things down—taking a few extra moments to enjoy a quiet breakfast or reflect before diving into the day’s responsibilities. It’s a small change, but it makes a big difference in maintaining balance and focus throughout the day.
