What Things Give Me Energy?
Energy, for me, comes from both the little joys in life and the deeper sources that keep me grounded. One of the biggest boosts I get is from spending time in nature. A walk outdoors, breathing fresh air, and hearing the sounds of birds or running water always leaves me feeling refreshed and renewed.
Music also plays a huge role—it can instantly lift my mood, motivate me, and make me feel alive. Whether it’s a soft, calming tune or something upbeat, music has a way of energizing me from the inside out.
Another source of energy is connection with people. Good conversations, laughter, and time with family or friends give me a sense of joy and belonging that fuels me. Even small acts of kindness or encouragement from others can brighten my day and give me the strength to keep going.
On a deeper level, prayer and faith give me lasting energy. When I take time to pause, reflect, and center myself spiritually, I feel a renewed strength that nothing else can replace.
In short, energy comes to me through a mix of rest, creativity, relationships, and faith. Together, these things help me stay motivated and positive, even when life gets busy.
