How Often Do You Walk or Run?
Walking and running are simple yet powerful ways to take care of both body and mind. Personally, I try to walk almost every day, even if it’s just a short distance. A walk clears my thoughts, gives me a chance to breathe fresh air, and often sparks new ideas. On days when I have more energy, I like to run—it pushes me to challenge myself and leaves me with a great sense of accomplishment afterward.
I don’t measure success by distance or speed; instead, I focus on consistency. Even a 20-minute walk can make a difference in my mood and health. For me, walking and running aren’t just exercise—they’re moments of peace, reflection, and renewal.
