Do you see yourself as a leader?

Yes, I do see myself as a leader, but not just in the traditional sense of giving instructions or being in charge. To me, leadership is more about influence, responsibility, and example. A leader is someone who guides others with integrity, inspires confidence, and creates an environment where people can grow.

I believe leadership begins with self-discipline—leading myself before I can lead anyone else. It also means showing respect, listening actively, and being willing to serve. True leadership is not about titles or recognition, but about making a positive impact on those around me.

While I know I am still learning and growing, I try to carry myself in ways that reflect responsibility, encouragement, and vision. In that sense, I do see myself as a leader, and I hope to continue developing into a person who uplifts others and helps them discover their own strengths.
