How do I relax:

Relaxation is not just an activity—it’s a practice of restoring peace to the mind and strength to the body. For me, it often begins with creating a calm environment, whether through soft music, gentle lighting, or simply stepping outside for fresh air. I find joy in cooking, where each ingredient and every step becomes a mindful rhythm that eases stress and brings quiet satisfaction.

Sometimes, relaxation is as simple as pausing to breathe deeply, reflect on life’s blessings, and let go of unnecessary worries. It is in these still moments that I recharge, finding balance and clarity to face the next day with renewed energy.
