🍗 Meat Recipe: Honey Garlic Glazed Chicken Thighs
Ingredients:
- 6 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on or boneless)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
For the glaze:
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
Instructions:
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, reduce heat and add honey, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, and chili flakes.
- Simmer until slightly thickened, then return chicken to the pan and coat well.
- Serve with steamed rice or roasted vegetables.
🥦 Vegetarian Recipe: Creamy Broccoli and Mushroom Pasta
Ingredients:
- 250g pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- ½ cup cream or coconut milk
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat oil and sauté garlic, broccoli, and mushrooms for 4–5 minutes.
- Add cream, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Toss in cooked pasta and mix well.
- Top with Parmesan and serve warm.
