🍗 Meat Recipe: Honey Garlic Glazed Chicken Thighs

Ingredients:

  • 6 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on or boneless)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

For the glaze:

  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, reduce heat and add honey, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, and chili flakes.
  4. Simmer until slightly thickened, then return chicken to the pan and coat well.
  5. Serve with steamed rice or roasted vegetables.

🥦 Vegetarian Recipe: Creamy Broccoli and Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 250g pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ cup cream or coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, heat oil and sauté garlic, broccoli, and mushrooms for 4–5 minutes.
  3. Add cream, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 3 minutes.
  4. Toss in cooked pasta and mix well.
  5. Top with Parmesan and serve warm.
