Ingredients:

  • 8 lamb chops
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

For the Mint Yogurt Sauce:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix cumin, paprika, garlic powder, coriander, salt, and pepper.
  2. Rub the spice blend onto both sides of the lamb chops.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear the chops for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked to your liking.
  4. For the sauce, combine yogurt, mint, lemon juice, garlic, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Serve hot lamb chops with the chilled mint yogurt sauce on the side.

Tip: Great with roasted vegetables, couscous, or flatbread.

This rich and flavorful vegetarian pasta dish brings together earthy mushrooms, fresh spinach, and a creamy garlic-infused sauce for a comforting and satisfying meal.

Ingredients:

  • 300g pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 200g mushrooms (sliced)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream or plant-based cream
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan (optional)
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onions until soft. Add garlic and mushrooms and cook until golden.
  3. Add spinach and let it wilt, then pour in the cream. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper. Toss in the cooked pasta and stir to coat.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese (optional) before serving.

Tip: Add chili flakes for a spicy kick or use gluten-free pasta as needed.
