- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce or ketchup (optional for extra flavor)
